James McGrail has been a resident of the Bay Area for his entire life. He worked for the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office for 14 years and later served as a prosecutor for the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office.
Mr. McGrail graduated from John F. Kennedy University in 1988, and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1989. Mr. McGrail currently serves as a Director on the Alameda County Fair Board, Livermore Rodeo Association, as well as Zone 7 Water District.
Mr. McGrail is the senior attorney in the office, working jointly with Ms. Silva on each matter, ensuring quality representation. In his spare time, Mr. McGrail is a vintner and runs McGrail Vineyards in Livermore with his family.
